The AirFit N30i rethinks nasal therapy for people who move in their sleep. Instead of a front-facing hose that tugs every time you roll over, the N30i routes tubing up and over the top of your head through a hollow SpringFit frame. The result: no hose drag, no tangling, and a seal that stays stable whether you’re on your back, side, or stomach.
The curved nasal cradle cushion sits under the nose (not over it and not inside the nostrils), so there’s no nasal bridge pressure, no red marks, and a completely open line of sight for glasses, reading, or watching TV. The SpringFit frame automatically adjusts to your facial shape and flexes as you move, while diffused QuietAir venting keeps noise between 21–24 dB. Notably, the N30i is magnet-free, making it suitable for users with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices. And if you ever want to try nasal pillows, the same frame accepts the AirFit P30i cushion with a simple swap.
Fit Pack (default option):
Single-Size Option:
Note: CPAP machine and hose sold separately. “Mask Only” option excludes headgear.
Nasal Cradle Cushion: A curved silicone cradle hugs the base of the nose for a secure seal with far less facial coverage than traditional nasal masks. No nostril insertion, no bridge pressure.
Top-of-Head Hose Connection: Tubing connects above the crown with a 360° swivel, eliminating tangles and allowing unrestricted movement for side, back, and stomach sleepers.
SpringFit Hollow Frame: Air flows through the frame itself, removing the need for front tubing. The frame flexes and auto-adjusts as you move, and reroutes airflow if one side is pressed against a pillow.
QuietAir Venting (21–24 dB): Diffused exhalation venting keeps operation quieter than rustling leaves, 57% quieter than original cushion designs.
Magnet-Free Design: No magnets anywhere on the mask, making it safe for users with pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, or other implanted devices.
Quick-Release Elbow: Disconnect from your hose mid-night without removing or readjusting the mask.
Interchangeable with P30i: Swap the nasal cradle cushion for a P30i nasal pillows cushion on the same frame whenever you want a different feel.

The top-of-head 360° swivel and SpringFit hollow frame keep tubing completely out of your way. Roll from back to side to stomach without tangles, tugging, or broken seals. The frame even reroutes airflow if one side is pressed flat against your pillow.
The curved cushion sits gently under the nose with minimal facial contact. No nostril insertion, no nasal bridge coverage, no forehead bar. Just a secure seal and a wide-open view for glasses, reading, or watching TV.
QuietAir diffused venting is 57% quieter than original cushion designs. At the noise level of rustling leaves, it’s one of the quietest masks on the market for both you and your bed partner.
Use ResMed’s printable sizing template. Choose your frame size (Small or Standard) based on head size, and your cushion size (Small, Medium, Small Wide, or Wide) based on nose width. The Fit Pack includes multiple cushions to test.
Very. It operates at 21–24 dB, comparable to rustling leaves, and 57% quieter than the original cushion designs. It’s one of the quietest nasal masks available.
Same headgear, same frame, same top-of-head tube. The only difference is the cushion: the N30i uses a nasal cradle that seals around the outside of the nose, while the P30i uses nasal pillows that seal inside the nostrils. You can swap between them on the same frame.
Both use the same nasal cradle cushion style. The N30i routes the hose over the top of the head for tangle-free movement. The N30 connects the hose in front of the face like a traditional mask.
Not directly. You’ll need the ZephAir Universal Hose Adapter to connect the N30i to the AirMini.
Yes. Chin straps work with the N30i. Experiment with wearing it under or over the mask headgear to find what’s most comfortable and effective.
Yes. The N30i is completely magnet-free, making it safe for users with pacemakers, ICDs, neurostimulators, and other implanted medical devices.
Every 3–6 months, or sooner if you notice wear, loss of seal, or discoloration. The frame should be inspected regularly as well.
Both feature top-of-head tubes and hollow frames routing air to a nasal cradle. The N30i has a more rigid cushion liner for stability, an accordion-style headband for easier sizing, and soft fabric headgear. The DreamWear offers more sizes, a softer jelly-like frame, and sticky-backed headgear for traction.
