The ResMed AirMini uses a compact, travel-specific connection system that requires dedicated setup packs for each compatible mask family. The AirMini Mask Setup Pack bridges your existing mask to the AirMini so you can travel with the same seal and comfort you rely on at home.
Two pack options are available. The AirFit N20 pack adapts the AirFit N20 or AirTouch N20 nasal mask to the AirMini and includes both HumidX and HumidX Plus waterless humidification cartridges. The AirFit/AirTouch F20 & F30 pack adapts the AirFit F20, AirTouch F20, or AirFit F30 full face mask and includes one HumidX F20 cartridge compatible with F20 masks only (the F30 does not support HumidX humidification).
Each pack includes a mask-specific connector that replaces your mask’s standard elbow, plus the proprietary AirMini tube (15mm diameter, 6’2″ length). Setup takes minutes: clip in the connector, attach the tube to your AirMini, and insert the HumidX cartridge where supported. No water chamber, no spills, just dependable therapy on the go.

N20 Pack Humidification:
The N20 connector twists apart to accept a HumidX or HumidX Plus cartridge. HumidX is designed for average humidity environments. HumidX Plus provides extra moisture for dry conditions, including hotel rooms and aircraft cabins. Insert the cartridge with the blue or grey side facing down toward the tube.
F20/F30 Pack Humidification:
The included HumidX F20 cartridge clips inside the F20 mask cushion for waterless humidification. Important: HumidX F20 is validated for use with AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 only. The AirFit F30 is not compatible with any HumidX cartridge.
Replacement: Replace HumidX cartridges within 30 days of opening the sealed pack. They are not washable or reusable.
Tube Cleaning: Wash the AirMini tube weekly with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly and hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Connector Cleaning: Clean the connector daily with warm water. Replace at least every six months.
Magnet Safety: The N20, F20, and F30 masks used with these setup packs contain magnetic clips. Do not use if you or a bed partner has a pacemaker, ICD, neurostimulator, or other implanted device that may be affected by magnets.

Twist open the N20 connector to separate the two halves. Insert the HumidX or HumidX Plus cartridge with the blue or grey side facing down toward the tube. Twist the connector halves back together until they lock into place.
The AirMini tube is 6 feet 2 inches (1.9 meters) long with a 15mm (0.6 inch) inner diameter. It is smaller than standard CPAP tubing and designed specifically for the AirMini’s compact airflow system.
No. These masks are not compatible with the N20 or F20/F30 setup packs. The N30i, P30i, and F30i require a ZephAir Universal Hose Adapter to connect to the AirMini.
