The ResMed ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing uses a built-in temperature sensor to maintain consistent humidity and prevent condensation rainout, available for AirSense 10, AirSense 11, and S9 series CPAP machines.

Rainout, gurgling, and morning dryness are common complaints when standard tubing allows therapy air to cool between the humidifier and mask. The ClimateLineAir heated tubing solves this by actively maintaining air temperature throughout the tube using a built-in sensor that continuously monitors conditions and works with your machine’s Climate Control feature.

Paired with a HumidAir heated humidifier, Climate Control Auto mode automatically adjusts temperature and humidity to maintain comfort throughout the night without manual intervention. Manual mode is also available for users who prefer to dial in specific tube temperature and humidity settings. The low-profile swivel connection reduces tugging and tangles during position changes.

Three versions are available to match your specific machine: For Air 10 Series (AirSense 10 / AirCurve 10), For Air 11 Series (AirSense 11 / AirCurve 11), or For S9 Series. Each version uses a proprietary electrical connection specific to that device generation and is not interchangeable between platforms.

  • Built-in temperature sensor for continuous climate monitoring
  • Climate Control Auto mode for set-and-forget comfort
  • Manual mode for personalized tube temperature adjustment
  • Prevents condensation, gurgling, and rainout
  • Low-profile swivel connection reduces hose drag
  • Three versions: Air 10, Air 11, S9 (select your machine)
  • Compatible with all standard CPAP masks (not AirMini-specific masks)
  • 1x ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing (version selected at purchase: For Air 10 Series, For Air 11 Series, or For S9 Series)
  • User Guide

Note: CPAP machine, mask, and humidifier sold separately. Each version is device-specific and not interchangeable between machine generations.

Built-In Temperature Sensor — Continuously monitors air temperature inside the tube and communicates with your machine’s Climate Control system to maintain consistent warmth and humidity.

Prevents Rainout & Condensation — Active heating keeps therapy air warm from humidifier to mask, virtually eliminating the condensation, gurgling, and water splashing that standard tubing allows.

Climate Control Auto Mode — Paired with a HumidAir humidifier, the tube automatically adjusts temperature and humidity throughout the night for set-and-forget comfort.

Manual Temperature Control — Prefer to fine-tune? Adjust tube temperature independently through your machine’s menu to dial in your ideal comfort level.

Three Machine-Specific Versions — Available for AirSense/AirCurve 10, AirSense/AirCurve 11, and S9 series. Each uses a device-specific electrical connector for proper integration.

Mask Compatibility:

The 22mm mask cuff connects to any standard CPAP mask. Not compatible with AirMini-specific masks that use proprietary connections.

Power Note:

Heated tubing draws significantly more power and can shorten CPAP battery runtime by 70-80%. If using a battery, disable heated tubing and heated humidification to extend battery life.

Weekly Cleaning:

Wash the tubing in warm water with mild soap or shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. Hang to air dry completely before reconnecting to your machine. Do not use the tube while wet.

Submersion:

Brief submersion for cleaning is acceptable despite the electrical components. Ensure the tube and all connections are completely dry before reconnecting. Connecting a wet heated hose can cause electrical damage.

Replacement Schedule:

Replace heated tubing every 3-6 months, or sooner if you notice discoloration, stiffness, reduced heating performance, or visible wear.

Do Not:

  • Machine wash or tumble dry
  • Use bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Connect while still wet
  • Use with a CPAP battery unless you disable heating (to preserve runtime)

Warmer Air, Better Sleep

No More Rainout

The built-in heating element keeps therapy air warm from your humidifier all the way to your mask. No temperature drop means no condensation forming inside the tube, no gurgling, and no water splashing your face at 3 AM.

Set It and Forget It

Climate Control Auto mode pairs the tube’s temperature sensor with your HumidAir humidifier to automatically maintain optimal warmth and humidity throughout the night. Your comfort stays consistent even as room temperature changes.
