The Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Mask features a top-of-head hose connection and under-the-nose cushion for minimal-contact nasal CPAP therapy with freedom to move and an open field of vision.

Nightly tangles, nose-bridge irritation, and a blocked view can make CPAP therapy harder than it needs to be. The Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Mask addresses all three with a top-of-head hose connection and a minimal-contact, under-the-nose silicone cushion so you can move naturally and keep your line of sight open.

Built for active sleepers, the DreamWear’s tube-like flexible frame routes air comfortably to the nasal cradle, reducing bulk and pressure points while maintaining a stable seal without prongs inside your nostrils. The 360-degree swivel at the top of the head keeps tubing out of the way whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.

The Fit Pack includes four cushion sizes (Small, Medium, Medium Wide, and Large) so you can confirm your ideal seal at home. Three frame sizes (Small, Medium, and Large) are available to match your facial width, and the two-tab Velcro headgear fine-tunes stability. Fabric frame wraps are included for sensitive skin, and the mask uses no magnets, making it safe for users with medical implant devices.

The DreamWear platform is modular: the same frame works with DreamWear Full Face cushions and DreamWear Nasal Pillow cushions, giving you flexible therapy options as your needs evolve. The mask is made of silicone (no latex, no DEHP) and is compatible with all CPAP and bi-level therapy machines.

Why Choose the DreamWear Nasal Mask

Sleep Your Way

Top-of-head hose connection and a flexible, minimal-contact frame let you sleep on your back, side, or stomach without hose tangles, pressure points, or nasal bridge irritation.

Under-the-Nose Comfort

The soft silicone cushion cradles beneath your nostrils rather than sitting on the nasal bridge, eliminating red marks and irritation while maintaining a stable, effective seal.

Fit Pack Confidence

Four cushion sizes and three frame sizes let you find your perfect fit at home. The modular DreamWear platform also lets you switch between nasal, pillow, and full face cushions on the same frame.
