The headgear features a four-point attachment system that distributes tension evenly across your face. The two bottom straps attach to the talon clips (white quick-release headgear clips at the bottom of the mask frame), while the top two straps attach to the forehead support bar at the top of the mask frame. This balanced design ensures the mask remains firmly in place without overtightening.
Available in two sizes: Original (Standard) and Reduced Size. The Reduced Size headgear is typically packaged with Petite and Small Amara masks, while the Original (Standard) size is packaged with Medium and Large masks. Either headgear size can be used with any Amara mask frame.
This headgear is compatible with both the Philips Respironics Amara Silicone Full Face Mask and the Amara Gel Full Face Mask. It is not compatible with the Amara View Full Face Mask, which uses a different headgear design.
Your purchase includes the headgear only and does not include headgear clips. Replace headgear every 3 to 6 months to maintain elasticity and proper fit.
