The Tubing Wrap for ClimateLineAir and SlimLine Tubes is a fabric insulation cover designed for ResMed 15mm CPAP hoses used with AirSense 10, AirCurve 10, and S9 series machines. By wrapping around the outside of the tubing, the cover provides a thermal barrier that helps reduce excess condensation (commonly called “rainout”) that can occur when warm, humidified air cools as it travels through the hose.
Rainout happens when the temperature difference between the humidified air inside the tube and the cooler room air causes moisture to condense inside the hose. This can result in water droplets reaching the mask, which is uncomfortable and disruptive. The tubing wrap insulates the hose to help maintain a more consistent air temperature and reduce this condensation effect.
Beyond condensation control, the soft fabric cover also makes the tubing more comfortable to the touch when it contacts your skin during sleep, reduces hose noise from movement, and gives the setup a cleaner appearance. A full-length zipper with a Velcro fold-over cover makes installation and removal straightforward.

On ClimateLine heated tubes, the wrap covers most of the hose but falls approximately seven inches short of full coverage due to the heated tube’s longer length.
